Appreciation Letter to the PGBI Team
25 August 2024
To Atty. Pedro Leslie “FRMG PLS” B Salava and the Members of the PGBI Team,
I would like to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt appreciation for your unwavering dedication and compassion during the necrological services held in honor of our dear friend and brother, Engr. Roland Roy “FRMG SCOUT” Amar, on August 20, 2024. Your presence and support during this solemn occasion not only honored his memory but also exemplified the true spirit of camaraderie and commitment that we cherish in our PGBI family.
Under the exemplary leadership of NEVP Atty. Pedro Leslie “FRMG PLS” B. Salva, our team came together from various provinces, including Aklan, Iloilo, and local chapters throughout Negros Occidental. It was truly inspiring to see such solidarity and teamwork, as members from Region 6A, led by Rossini “RMG ROSS” Sayman, Rogelio “FRMG OGIE” Hidalgo, and Clemencio “FRMG BOY” Nava, Sr., joined forces with our brothers from Region 7, including Gil “FRMG SHEMA” Corbes, Warren “FRMG WARS” Sinculan, and our esteemed elder, Angel “FGRF ANGEL” Angeles.
I would also like to acknowledge the significant coordination provided by Francis “FGGF FRANZ” Gubatayao, who adeptly served as the temporary Regional Chairman, ensuring that the event was both respectful and reflective of Engr. Amar’s impact on all our lives. Additionally, the vigilant oversight of Glen “FRMG HAWK” Domingo, Vice-President for Visayas, alongside the guidance of Col. Steve “SGF SKIPPER” Martir, played a pivotal role in the success of the services.
It was particularly poignant to witness the embrace between FRMG PLS and SGF SKIPPER, two of the remaining incorporators, as they came together in shared remembrance of our brotherhood and the values we hold dear. This moment served as a powerful reminder of our legacy and commitment to each other.
Your collective efforts not only paid tribute to FRMG SCOUT but also reinforced the bonds among us as Guardians. Thank you for your time, dedication, and compassion during this trying moment. Let us continue to honor our fallen brothers by upholding the principles and values of the PGBI, ensuring that our brotherhood remains strong and united.
With the deepest gratitude,
Engr. Melliardine “GS MEL” G, Gamet, PEE
