Since its inception in March 2000, he has served as a National Executive Committee member and regional representative for Region 7, later becoming the Vice President for Visayas Islands and currently the National Executive Vice President (NEVP) of PGBI. He also holds the position of Chief Legal Counsel for the organization. Under his leadership, PGBI has initiated various programs aimed at providing educational resources, legal assistance, and community welfare initiatives, all grounded in the principles of brotherhood and empowerment.
