Shortly thereafter, he ascended to the role of Regional President/Chairman of Region 12, serving as a vital representative of the organization at the recommendation of P/LtCol. Rogelio “SGF PREDATOR” L. Abran, now the Vice-President for Luzon Islands.

As the Chief of the Compliance Section at the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Revenue District Office 109 in Tacurong City, Narciso seamlessly blends his professional expertise with his commitment to public service.
